Cut Off Online - Please call or email if you are unsure or want to try to get in a class!

Summer Updates
Class Schedule
- Whole Body Workouts are increasing in demand so we added a few more times during morning hours: Mondays 7am, 11:30am, Tuesdays 5:30am Guys Only, and Wednesdays 7am, 11:30am.
- Guys Only Boot Camp on Fridays 6am
- CUT - a 30 minute strength class for guys only on Wed 5am
- Guys Only Boot Camp on Fridays 6am
- CUT - a 30 minute strength class for guys only on Wed 5am
- Pilates Mat - Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 a.m. beginning June 12
- Pilates for Teens - Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- Pilates Circuit was added to Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30AM.
- Yoga was moved to 8am-9:15am on Saturdays.

We Got Game Camp
We have SUMMER CAMP for We Got Game! Summer camp at Whole Body Fitness is for 7-12 year olds, M-F 8:30-12:30 the weeks of 7/16, 7/23. Cost $180 a week. Day rate $40.

Play It Hard Hoops Camp
Play it Hard will be running their Hoops Education Camp here for 2 weeks this summer! M-F 9-Noon for 3rd - 5th Grade Coed or 1-4pm 6th -8th Grade Coed the weeks of 7/30, 8/6. Cost Daily $40, 1 week $160, 2 weeks $300. Limit 20 Kids so register ASAP!
