· A convenient location right off of the Edens Expressway at Peterson & Cicero across from Whole Foods Market.
· A 2,200 Sq Ft. Personal Training Floor with amply equipment for functional fitness and sports specific training.
· Full Size Athletic Court for sports games & drills from basketball to boot camp.
· 375 Sq. Ft. Mind Body Studio for such things as small group training, yoga or Pilates.
· 350 Sq. Ft. Private Kitchen/Nutrition Area to demo and encourage proper nutrition.
· Men’s & Women’s locker room with private bathrooms to change or shower in.
· Wireless Internet and Surround Sound throughout.
Space can also can be rented for ‘special events’ or seminars that fit with our vision.
