Whole Body Workouts (Click above link for schedule) – This small group personal training workout focuses on exercises that energize you through stability, strength, power and flexibility.   You will experience movement thru squats, bending, lunges, pushing, pulling and twisting as well as core conditioning.

·        Our C.H.E.K. Certified Exercise Coaches tailors the difficulty of each movement to match the current fitness level of every client with a max of 4 participants per trainer.    We pride our coaching on the development of the foundations of health: Thoughts, Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement and Rhythm

NOTE: Minimum assessment necessary prior to first workout -  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to take a mini stretch assessment with the trainer.

Consider getting a more intense assessment prior to taking a class to encourage the best results.   In a 45 minute assessment, a C.H.E.K. exercise coach will take a look at your posture and movement patterns to understand your muscular balance. The assessment will offer suggestions to reducing or preventing muscular pain.   The cost is $75 for a private appointment.  Email Ingrid or call Whole Body Fitness to schedule.

Group Training Session cost starts at $35 for a single session but gets less expensive with package purchase.
