Whole Body Workouts (Click above link for schedule) – This small group personal training workout focuses on exercises that energize you through stability, strength, power and flexibility.   You will experience movement thru squats, bending, lunges, pushing, pulling and twisting as well as core conditioning.

·         Whether you are a regular in the weight room or just starting, this programming will get you results.
·        Our C.H.E.K. Certified Exercise Coaches tailors the difficulty of each movement to match the current fitness level of every client with a max of 4 participants per trainer.    We pride our coaching on the development of the foundations of health: Thoughts, Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement and Rhythm
·         The group training format consists of a warm-up, 2-6 movement exercises, core strengthening and then will end with corrective stretches to better balance your body.

NOTE: Minimum assessment necessary prior to first workout -  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to take a mini stretch assessment with the trainer.

·        NEW Core Yoga - this flow style class focuses on using specific postures to build strength and balance in the back muscles, abdominals and glutes.  Tone your abdomen, strengthen your back, and create a strong center.  A strong core will help you avoid injuries. A great compliment to your regular yoga or pilates practice.  All levels.

·        NEW Pilates Mat - this class will help you improve posture and develop core control, which is the ability to move effectively and efficiently by transmitting force from the body's center through the torso and limbs. Pilates-evolved mat exercises coordinate diaphragmatic breathing with properly sequenced co-contractions of the deep abdominal, pelvic floor, and spinal musculature. The exercises emphasize precise alignment and efficient sequencing of movement. There are countless different movement phrases, which are performed seated, standing, on all fours, or lying on your back, side, or front.
·         Whole Body Yoga - This class will address the whole body through yoga postures performed in coordination with the breath, to increase flexibility and core strength. As you breathe with the movement, blocked energy pathways (meridians/nadis) are opened up, delivering beneficial energy to the muscles, tissues, organs, etc. This results in increased vitality and health. Specific exercises are included to deepen and lengthen the breath, which aids in detoxifying the body. The class ends with a progressive relaxation to promote conscious awareness in each area of the body, bringing a sense of wholeness, self acceptance and inner peace.

Each class includes modifications to fit the student’s needs.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class for a mini-assessment.
